I understand the guy that does all these prank calls uses Skype, does anyone know how to make it so you can call people for free? Home-phones and cell phones.

Yeah $3 a month for unlimited calls to all of North America and $9 a month for unlimited international calls. I believe that there is still a coupon code around to make the price $30/year but that will be hard to find.

yes google411 works but its mad annoying
you have to keep doing it and if they hang out or its busy then you start all over

There is a shitty Voip program called Voipbuster (google it) and all you need to keep doing is making accounts with fake info they don't even send a verification email. You get like 5 free trial calls per account. So when they run out make a new account that's what i used to do.
